Jamieson Lysine, Zinc, Vit C is consisting of 3 main ingredients.
Lysine is an amino acid that helps relieve blisters around the mouth; Vitamin C and Zinc helps on boost the immune system. Additional benefit of vitamin C also helps in collagen formation to maintain healthy bones, cartilage, teeth and/or gums.

Each caplet contains:

Also contains:
Lysine hydrochloride, thickeners (cellulose, water-soluble cellulose), anticaking agent (vegetable stearic acid), colour (titanium dioxide), bulking agent (polydextrose), anticaking agents (silica, vegetable magnesium stearate), stabilizer (modified cellulose gum), Vitamin C, anticaking agent (purified magnesium silicate), stabilizer (maltodextrin), glazing agent (medium chain triglycerides), Zinc oxide, glazing agent (Brazilian palm tree wax)
NO gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1-3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Storage: Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
